in chapter 13 it starts of with henry boxing and can't get a hit on angal. when angle keeps taunted him over and over again he almost got him but angle just backed his head and smiled. when alfred moved his feet and started to hit him he got in trouble and angel went down. lou came up to the jim because he was hearing about alfred and lou happened to be a boxer. mr.epstein promoted alfred to a cashier now alfred will make more money and get going on his boxing life. alfred beat jose attack and finally got his own mouth guard because he is going to go box.
Chapter 13 begins with Alfred sparring with Angel. As time passes Alfred gets better. In the middle of one of his spar’s he finds that Mr. Epstein was watching him. He gets into a conversation with Bud as Alfred gets into the showers. When he gets out, Mr. Epstein asks Alfred to work the register at his store. Then Alfred gets back to sparring and Mr. Donatelli says that he is ready for Alfred to wear the custom made mouth guard, he is ready for a real boxing match.
