I feel Alfred confidence is growing because of exercising and not going to partys. one example that shows Alfreds confidence Alfred is beginning to spar. this builds his confidence and makes Alfred feel that he is good enough. another example of Alfreds confidence growing is Alfred not going to parties. this shows Alfred confidence growing because he is able to stand reality.
Alfred’s confidence is growing because of two main reasons.
one example that shows Alfred’s confidence growing is when Mr. Donatelli told Alfred that he could’ve became a contender if he hadn't tried to quit the gym. This brings his confidence up because Alfred realises he still has a chance to be a contender.
Another example of when Alfred’s confidence is growing is when Bud tells Alfred that he is ready for a custom fit mouthguard. This brings his confidence up because Alfred is finally ready for a real boxing match.
Alfred’s confidence is growing in boxing and in himself. One example of Alfred’s confidence is Boxing. He was going to quit boxing because he didn't have enough confidence but when he saw Mr. Donatelli he dropped his bag and had the confidence to stay to box. The second example of Alfred’s confidence is Mr. Donatelli telling him good thing that Alfred wants to hear. This builds his confidence because if Alfred hears theses thing he will have more confidence.
