Now that Ben has told his History class, everyone in Trout will know about his disease and that he's dying. Before we read the final two chapters, make a prediction how the book will end.
Ben is now getting really close to his death and now his parents and his history class knows. I think that Ben will die in the last chapter. Then at the epilogue it will show Ben’s funeral. In the epilogue, someone else will be narrating since Ben is dead and I am thinking that someone will be Cody.
I think Ben is going to tell the whole town. Then Dallas is going to talk to Ben and work it out with Ben. Ben is going to make the most of it and get the street named Malcolm X. i think ben will not be treated different. His parents will be upset about it but will accept it.
I think the ending of the book will go be a bit a sad but at the same time it’s a bit foreshadowinged because it keeps mentioning that he is getting weaker and weaker. So I think it will probably get to the point where he gets so weak that he will probably end up in the hospital. Everyone including Dallas,Cody,his parents,Coach and possibly even Sooner. They will all start saying their goodbyes and say what they have to say to him. Dallas will forgive him, Sooner will cry(including everyone else) and this will leave to the weak Ben to leave a touching speech behind with them. Then Ben will die leave this planet to go see Jesus.
My prediction is that Ben will maybe apologize to Mr. Lambeer. I think he will probably get back together with Dallas, and probably he will be at a hospital in a bed where he will just sink in and relax. Ben is going to die and get buried, and I also think that Marla is going to come back and tell Ben why she left.
I think the book DeadLine will end with Dalles falling in love again with Ben and they will have sex. Ben’s mom is going to come out her depression stage to see Ben. I think that Sooner’s street will end up becoming Malcom X avenue.
