TS: There are 3 things that are against Alfred in life.
SD: The 1st thing would have to be his enemies.
ELAB: Sonny, Hollis, and Major beat Alfred up because he didn’t them about the alarm for the Episteins store.
SD: The 2nd thing would have to be his friend James.
ELAB: He lost his friend James because Sonny, Hollis, and Major took him away from Alfred.
SD: The last thing would have to be the rally going on in the streets.
ELAB: The rally in the streets is bad because the people in the rally are against the people in the church.
CLOSER: That is my 3 things that are against Alfred.
T.S. There are three big things against Alfred in life.
ReplyDeleteS.D. The first big thing against Alfred in his life is Major and Hollis.
Elab. Major and Hollis are against him because they think he set them up at the Jewish store and they keep beating him up.
S.D. The second thing against Alfred in life is his Aunt Pearl and her kids.
Elab. His Aunt Pearl and her kids are a problem because they don’t really stick up for him.
S.D. The last thing against him is the Church and the Rally.
Elab. The Rally and the Church because the Church says he shouldn’t hate the white man and the Rally says he should hate the white man and they're both trying to get to choose a side, so he’s torn between the two.
Closer. I think those are the three big things against him in his life.
TS: Alfred has many things against him in his life.

Elab: Obviously almost anyone will be negatively affect you especially if you were as young as Alfred when it happened.
SD: The second thing that is against Alfred is his low paying job at the grocery store.
Elab: Since he lives with his aunt and quit high school Junior year he has to get a job and help pay bills which sucks.
SD: The third thing that is against Alfred is Hollis and Sonny.
Elab: Hollis and Sonny are mad because Alfred forgot to mention there was silent alarms in the store Hollis,Sonny and James where going to steal money from. So now Hollis and Sonny are after Alfred to inflict punishment and pain on him.
Closer: These are a couple of the many things Alfred has against him in his life.
TS There are many things that make Alfred’s life hard.
ReplyDeleteSD The first thing against Alfred is he was raised by his aunt and the ghetto he grew up in was a bad place.
elab His ghetto was in had beer can all over and drunks at 10am.
SD Another thing that makes his life hard is that gang members are picking on him.
elab After the alarm went off the beat the crap out of him.
sd The last thing is his best friend getting caught by the cops.
elab He gets worried about him with the cops.
end This is not good for alfred he doesn't get a break.

Elab His mom died from pneumonia because she was sick and she died in the city hospital.
Closer Is you should not be against anything in your life no matter what happens in your life.

SD The first thing against Alfred is his parents dying at a young age.
elab Alfred's parents death affects his life because he has no family support
SD the second problem in his life is he is stuck in a neighborhood.
elab were part of the community is against the other part and alfred is caught right in between it all
SD the third and final reason is he is being beat up and threatened by gang members
elab being beat up he is scared to go out.
TS: There are many things that Alfred Brooks is against in life and I can share 3 of them.
ReplyDeleteSD: The first thing is Major, Sonny and Hollis.
Elab: That is because they turned his best friend into a criminal and beat him up.
SD: The second thing he is going through is being poor.
Elab: He also lives with his aunt pearl because his mom died of pneumonia and his dad ran away.
SD: the third and final thing is that he has to face his fears.
Elab: So he goes to the gym to start working out to become a boxer and face his fears.
Closer: Hopefully Alfred will overcome the things he is against in life.
