There are many qualities that friends need to be in order to become a good friend. for instance honesty, if a friend doesn't be honest with you, you cant trust them. Another good quality of a good friend is kindness,if a friend of yours isnt kind to you, he shouldnt have become friends in the first place. A good friend is someone who you should be able to turn to when you feel down, good friend's should always know what to do/say when a friend is down in the dumps. Good friends should be able to be by your side no matter what you and them go through, good friends should care about you and others, good friends should stay in contact with you even though you or them have moved away. Those are some of the ways a friend can be a good friend.
