In the movie Black Hawk Down, the soldiers were portrayed as heroes. One way they are portrayed as heroes is by being a Warrior. The soldiers were warriors because they fought for someone else’s freedom, were brave, and didn’t chicken out right when something goes wrong. Another way they are heroes is by being determined. Being determined showed them as heroes because they wanted to make a change in society and they knew that couldn’t leave Mogadishu without going through the Somali army.
