And it will is healthy for your heart because when you breathing deeply send oxygen enrich blood throughout the body. And when you laughter you will forget all about life problem.

  2. There are many benefits of laughing. Laughter increases our capacity to fight a disease. Laughing relaxes the body and reduces a lot of problems throughout the body.it has been proven that laughter is known to help stress and can also help (depression, anger, anxiety) laughing is common with teens pretty much anywhere you look you see teens at school laughing which Is good for their health and it can help the body release stress and help battle disease.

  3. There are many benefits of laughter. One benefit is it makes you feel better. Making you feel better is one of the benefits because it enjoy life more and not take everything so seriously. Another benefit is it reduces stress. Laughter reduces stress because laughter makes you have fun and shows you that there’s more to life then work and stressful activities. The last benefit is it connects you to others. It connects you to other people because people like to be around someone that’s fun to be with and that jokes around. These are just three of many benefits of laughter.
